...and not just because Moscona was talking about it.
Dunno what happened with the Lincoln Riley stuff, though he definitely did look awful pretty much all day yesterday.

Moscona straight makes shite up. He isn’t connected at all. He is the least connected media member in br. He straight up lies for attention.

I like Matt Campbell a lot as a coach but he seems to weirdly get a pass despite not living up to his hype at Iowa state.
Like I understand it’s Iowa State and everything, but seems like this is the third straight year everyone has made them a dark horse contender in that conference and before the season they talk about having NFL level players now so that’s why they’ll be better, and each season they haven’t even been in the running for the conference
And again to be clear I’m not saying he shouldn’t get a big job or the LSU job because of that, just noticed that he doesn’t seem to catch the same heat for weird or bad losses as other coaches seem to. I guess that’s because of the NFLs reported interest in him

I’m not a huge fan of Campbell, but I do like him.
I think it’s important to always consider, when judging him, that Iowa State is a bottom five P5 program.

Winning there is like winning at Kansas State. It's truly a smoke-and-mirrors operation. You simply can't pile up enough talent to have any real depth, and you're lucky if you can put more than one difference-maker on the field at a time on offense or defense.
Winning eight or nine games a year there is harder than winning 10 games a year at LSU. And if you do that and get named Coach of the Year in your league, etc., it actually hurts your recruiting because everybody knows you're going to be leaving before they finish their eligibility at your school.
