I think Chicken posted something yesterday that made a great deal of sense: there are obvious problems with the DC's, obvious problems with some "cancers" on that team that are Sr and Jr players, and obvious problems between all of them.

Why on earth would Miles want to bring in a new DC before the bowl game and subject them to all of that.

After the bowl game is over, the SR players leave, some JR's declare for the draft, and you bring in a new DC and a brand new outlook on the team and allow them to start from scratch.

Now you say, why then not announce at least that changes are going to be made? Well, because that would make them all more lame duck than they already are, and Miles may feel that for the guys coming back next year it's better to play GA Tech with what we've got and try to get a win and springboard it into next year than muddle up the situation even further.

Because to say this would only lead to MORE outcrying.

WHEN are the changes happening?

WHAT are exact changes?

WHO is coming in?

WHY isn't Les asking ME who to fire/hire? Because I bought a NC t-shirt last year, and a new hat for this season, so I should have a vote in what he does!

Exactly. I think he wants to just let this year finish out and not confuse things even further than they already are and start from scratch next year.

Hope you folks are wrong. This approach would be procrastination. Not the mark of a leader.

I believe Les is a leader and will make the move when he gets it all in place. No matter when that is. IMO

I call bullshite on all of this. If a CEO of a major company knows his employees are frigging up he doesn't wait to cut them loose because if he waits that can cost him in the long run. We haven't even came out said the co-dc's are gone but everyone knows we are looking including recruits. You bring in the new DC right now and let him lay the law down for the kids that will be there next year. If you are a senior with an attitude you don't play in the bowl game. That will show the rest of the team what next year will be like. If you are a junior with an attitude, guess what if you don't like it transfer.

A senior offensive lineman told me after the Ole Miss game that the locker room is VERY VERY bad right now. Lots of dissension and players openly questioning coaches.

This is also consistent w/ the plane ride home and in-airport behavior by the team story that I was referencing.

Mallveto also said Muddy's food is shitty.

I also heard RJF was seen walking the locker room with brand new keg taps

The Co-D's have serious issues with each other because their individual philosophy is totally at odds with each other.

that should have been anticipated when you gave something "two heads"

+1..if
a)this is happening
b)a change is actually going to be made.
you are 100% right...

one exception....if the new person is in a Bowl Game and that was part of an agreement.

This is what it means to say, "The Buck stops here." The question is, does Les have the b@lls to do the deed? It needs doing. Anybody with any football sense can look at this team and see two things: poor coaching and bad attitudes. All we can do is rant. All Les Miles can do is: tolerate it or fix it, pronto.

I'm hoping it's the latter.

Come on now.

There are plenty of reasons it hasn't happened yet. I think Dewayne Walker is on top of the list but is waiting to hear from SD State. However, he may consider that a few years at LSU will put him in a better HC position down the line.

So consider that you're not necessarily waiting on Les Miles. You're waiting on the candidate to make up his mind. In the meantime, leave Miles alone.

That's my coach.

when will the madness end??????

STFU dude. If you want to be in on who is hired, when they are hired and what is said to the public, then become a damn coach. Until then STFU, support the team and stop whinning because your not in CLM's loop.

Again, I'd rather the right decision be made than a quick one.
