Leach to Nebraska?

If Nebraska would somehow hire him as the OC they would be dominant team

They don't have a QB, nor do they have the personnel to run his offense. It would take them a few years to get remotely close to running that offense, and NU fans aren't going to put up with mediocrity in the process. They despise any kind of pass happy offense. They've got option run and power football instilled into their genes.

I dont give a frick what personnel they have. They cannot possibly be as bad as they were in the big 12 championship game under leech. It's just not possible.

If Leach was hired January 1st as their Offensive Coordinator then it'd take him all of this and next offseason to get his players in and they'd be 10-2 at worst going into the Big 12 Championship Game every year. Also, I doubt Nebraska fans would give a shite what offensive philosophy they had as long as it works and they win games.

I heard the sticking point was Nebraska would have to invest in heated storage sheds because of the climate and Nebraska and Leach could not agree on the number of them and the decor (Leach wanted Pirate motifs).
