If this coaching search/process started last year like most of us suspect, and I’ve been told, then that pretty much eliminates urban and rhule.
So if we are intending to land a big whale, then that leaves Saban, Dabo, Riley, and Jimbo. Anyone I’m missing??
Saban and Riley are unlikely which leaves us with Dabo and Jimbo.
I’d rather Dabo unfortunately and think both are meh.
Aranda has got a pretty decent shot I’d say.

1. Coaches not currently coaching could still be in play, though the longer we hear nothing the more unlikely this is.
2. The flaw in your assumption is your implication that just because the search started last year, no new names can be added.

Mostly correct
Stoops and Petersen were on the original list. No NFL coaches were or are on the list. The timing has never been there
Riley, Saban, and Dabo were long shots. It will never get down to Aranda. If it does, Woodwards hopes, dreams, and aspirations are majorly on the line.
