I don't get the seemingly last minute stuff on this hire. Alleva has had weeks to nail down a hire. Should not be caught unprepared at the 11th hour unprepared.

For all we know he has been back channeling for weeks, just keeping it quiet, as he should be.

We have no idea what has gone on. If we hire Jimbo/Herman, I think it is safe to say he did a good job. If we end up with Fedora, he blew it.

How do we know he is unprepared? LSU was never going to announce a hire during the season which still has one more week left. Obviously, LSU could whiff on some targets, but we have no way of knowing that yet.

He did luck out when he got Beth Torina, but even then he had some egg on his face.

Could of been in works already. Waiting on season to end. No one knows yet
