One good thing about Smart is that he can recruit the hell out of the state of Georgia, Which I think will be a huge plus for whoever takes the USCe job.

I like Smart a lot and would prefer he stay at Alabama. I can't see him waiting around for Saban to retire though. No telling when that will happen, and Bama will likely want a proven HC anyway.
If he goes, it would be great to see Muschamp rejoin Saban at Alabama.
