On paper, it has over 45,000 students, but a few years ago the USG consolidated KSU and Southern Tech. There's not a lot of school spirit.

yeah some G5's are on the way down financially I'd guess, and then some folks are trying to wave to them on the way up

When is the last time you went to Kennesaw? They have built several dormitories in the last few years and the commuter school tag isn't exactly true anymore.
About 15% of students, including all incoming freshmen, live on campus. At UGA, the number is 35%. More student housing is set to be built over the next 3-5 years.

Hopefully they will buy town center mall. Build a 45k stadium there, basketball arena, restaurants and shops. Would totally revitalize that whole area.
