Just dawned on me - coaches will finally want to work for the LSU coach

In years past we had issues of assistants not coming to LSU because they didn’t want to work for a clown coach. Now we are finally back to a point where quality assistants may want to come work for LSU. CBK should be able to attract and hire quality assistants from around the country and this is about to get real good.
Of course Brian Kelly wasn’t anyone’s first choice here but he is a very good coach who, with SEC talent and good assistants, can really be successful here. I felt very solid yesterday and after sleeping on it, I feel even better.
LSU now has Jay Johnson, Kim Mulkey, Brian Kelly, and Will Wade. Scott Woodward hired three of those four. We are on the cusp of a truly golden age of LSU athletics!

All yesterday he was saying that Woody got played and was scrambling for a low tier coach. Then they announce Kelly and he’s been flailing to respond, guess he’s settled on “he’s old”. It’s really sad what’s become of committed Ed simps.

I cannot wait to see the staff that he will put together. I think you are right.... coaches will be lining up to coach at LSU and for Kelly.
I hope he retains Blake Baker along with Faulk and Corey Raymond. Baker dis a masterful job with our LBs....i.e. Damone Clark.

A mentally challenged 60 year old coach/shrimp boat captain just recruited the best college football team in the history of college football and won us a natty. I’m pretty sure a 60 year old professional coach with a very rich history of success at a tough school to recruit for will do just fine at LSU.
