Is that a serious question? If you never coached in the NCAA how do you know he can acclimate to the environment. Coaching in the NCAA is not remotely similar to the NFL and great coaches in NFL can't just automatically have success in the NCAA. Same with NCAA coaches transitioning to the NFL fail often. It doesn't work like that.

All it took was one press conference and everybody was happy about Gerry DiNardo, who had never had a winning season and got beat 63-0 in the last game before coming here.
This business about how people won't like the hire, whoever it is, is stupid. No matter who it is, in 48 hours after it's done everybody here will come around and predict multiple national championships.

what? dude has only been out for 1 year
I would love Pederson. dude won a super bowl in his 2nd year as an NFL head coach and did it running his offense. He made Carson Wentz an MVP candidate and won a super bowl with Nick Foles
