Why not bring him back to coach OL and be recruiting coordinator again?

He left in order to boost the resume so he can move up from OL coach to bigger and better things. If we tried to get him back we'd have to offer him something like OC or Asst. HC/OL/Recruit Coord.

well, we're losing an Asst HC so...

Exactly and he left being the TE coach and recruiting coordinator.
Coming back to LSU as OL coach/Assistant HC would be a promotion.

I was about to ask about Hugh Nall. Did a quick search and found this.

Would it be lateral? Right now he's the "co-offensive line" coach at Missouri. If we put him as an Asst. Head Coach and solely in charge of the line. Seems like that would be a nice raise and a promotion worth moving for.

But is he a good OL coach?
That, I'm not sure. Just throwing out names.
