Useless AD's who play it safe by hiring some tired retread.

If you want the next rock star you have to get aggressive and take a chance.

Like when Ohio State hired Jim Tressel from Youngstown State, and when they hired Ryan Day who had 0 games experience as a head coach.

You're never going to be great by hiring everyone else's leftovers.
