Jimbo will have his toughest coaching week of his career.

His players will be inundated on social media about the rumors that Jimbo is going to LSU. Whether he goes or stays, Jimbo and the coaching staff will be able to handle all the distractions.
But, not so easy for a bunch of 18-21 year olds to deal will all the distractions.
Jimbo can tell them he's staying. He can assure them he's not going. But, it is one thing to tell them, it is a completely different thing to convince them to the point they firmly believe it and can laugh off the distractions.

What does this have to do with coaching changes board?
If Jimbo is truly entertaining LSU, then this upcoming game is meaningless.
Sure, you feel bad for the kids, but every coach tells them to sign to a university not a coach. I understand that's usually not why recruits sign, but this in nothing new. Coaches change jobs as a fact of the profession.
