Muschamp bringing another meh hire from Florida. Out of all the coaches that the players were most vocal about outing as being outperformed, it was Dillman. They all said that Kent has been much more effective (the current UF S&C coach).

Dillman seems to be the lead candidate to take over SCe's S&C program.

I like Jeff. Trained at Hatch with him.

Well.... he was watching what we did.

Dillman was good enough to be hired by Saban last year. Many thought that Dillman would replace Cochran if he left with Smart to UGA.

I always thought his training philosophy led to more injuries.

This one I'm concerned about.

I don't know anything about Dillman, but I do know that the outgoing coach at USC was wholly ineffective. Our teams got weaker and smaller every year he was there.

Those with more insight, what is so bad about Dillman?

I don't think Dillman is bad, our guys just seemed to get hurt a lot under him and I didn't really notice a strength or conditioning advantage in Muschamp's teams outside of 2012.

He's also a lunatic on the sidelines during games. It's funny when you're winning but he looks like a jackass when you're not.

Dillman implemented Olympic lifting at UF, which isn't necessarily a bad thing.

The thing I hated about Dillman was the lack of competition. He didn't even have the team lifting together. They just came and went as they wanted. They would get together early in the morning to run for 30-45mins but that was it.

Fitz spoiled us ... there are not many Fitzs around.

This Dillman guy has got to be better than Joe Con.
