He was a possible candidate several years ago, so he absolutely would be a candidate now that he is retiring. Whether it’s the vols or not, he would make a great coach if decides to go that route.

If his coaching skills are anything like his commentator skills, he will be a horrible coach.

Based off what? Being a great player does not mean you will be a great coach. In fact, history shows is the opposite. He may be able to coach but there is zero that he has done in his like to know that for certain.
