IMO he should be near the top of our second tier list of candidates. The guy turned Vandy around and is now on pace for a 10-2 season at PSU. Consistently recruits in the top 20 and even recruited well at Vandy. I haven't seen his name mentioned once on this board and I think he'd be a great second tier guy.

I think PSU is his dream job where he was also an asst. so I doubt he would leave his dream job. Just like the Wash guy would not leave his dream job.

False. He never coached at PSU before.
And I've never heard the "Wash guy" say that Washington was his dream job.

He was this year away from being fired. His over all record is not LSU HC worthy. Plus, he raped Vandy of almost all its recruits when he left mid recruiting season.

This guy is a self promoter and not very good coach. We can do lots better. A high energy guy but not much substance to him.
