Jacksonville DC out of work

Just heard that Jacksonville's DC just got fired. Could we hire him? He is someone with NFL ties.

he's an a-hole and he was a HC in waiting a year ago. i don't see him going from NFL HC in waiting to NFL DC to CFB DC in 2 years

just because he is NFL does not mean he is good..
