Yeah but O is different, he'll do his best given he knows he's done. DM wouldnt do that imo
I'm afraid, for you, you're right.

Dunno if it is that yankee blood in DM or what, but it would be much uglier.

But if he's tanking anyway AND above is true- it could spell disaster recruiting wise, not to mention the transfer portal. He's not a real relatable guy to start with. And if says frick it the damage then could be worse than the damage of getting him out of there now.

At least piss off UT by offering Payton Manning the interim or UGA fans by getting Fabris in to finish out the year for y'all.

I thought Wisconsin always had a good O line. Maybe that’s just a lazy over generalization by me.

Living on past reputation. Bob Bostad was awesome as OL coach and put a lot of guys in the NFL. Under Rudolph our OL has been pretty average, few being drafted, with higher rated recruits than Bostad had to work with.

Bostad;
quote:

During that stint, eight of his offensive linemen were drafted—Gabe Carimi, Kevin Zeitler, and Travis Frederick all in the first round. Bostad also saw three tight ends go pro—Owen Daniels, Travis Beckum, and Garrett Graham were all drafted. In his four-year run with the O-line, eleven different linemen earned All-Big Ten honors.

Saban looked at him for OL coach a couple years back it seems. For some ungodly reason Chryst has Bostad coaching inside LB's. Who have been excellent under his coaching by the way.

Bostad is an awesome coach. Rudolph not so much.

He is good friends with Chryst however, so stays in his cushy high paid job with no buyout. Gets no interest from other teams.
