Isn't there coach's in NFL who can't be interviewed until end of Jan?

Not saying any are interested in LSU job but you never know with the timeline being drawn out. If it ends up being Haley may not be bad hire it's just that it will seem to be what we had to settle for and will be very disappointing IMO.

If Alleva signed the D staff, minus Chavis, and is insisting that Chavis' replacement retain said staff due to his being too embarrassed to admit he fricked up by locking up said staff prematurely, then NO DC with options will step into that situation. I have a hard time believing that though. I mean, surely LSU (Miles?) is not painted into that kind of a corner.

What about Zook it would make perfect sense for him to be a target he was a dang good DC. With Greenbay in playoffs would be someone under the radar. He was an good recruiter and has ties to sec. IMO would be a really good hire.
