it's unreal to me those of you who feel the need to keep shitting on Les Miles.

I guess Coach O was some upgrade for you idiots.

Let it go. He does not coach here anymore.

And you are a idiot, his name has been mentioned all over the place. Baylor and Purdue being two...jackass

If you haven't heard, it's because you're not listening. It's pretty well known he's in the running for Purdue and Notre Dame.

Being mentioned on this message board is not all over the place. I hope he lands somewhere soon. He is a likable guy and runs a solid program.

uh, Purdue is hiring Fleck. And the current ND coach wants OUT, so the shine is off that job, so . . . .

Doesn't he have to "pursue employment" to receive his buyout. Not 100% on that but something I was told.

If so expect him to keep assembling staffs and his agent being in talks with administrations, while he never takes a job.

Or Trace Armstrong leaked his name for these jobs.

He's a candidate for Purdue and Baylor for sure, though there are others as well. He'd be a home run for either imo.

To me the one that makes the most sense is Notre Dame IF Kelly does leave. He's a midwestern, Christian guy with family values. He'd restore the ND image to favorable nationally if nothing else

I would think Notre Dame would take a look at him, and he does seem like a good fit there, but I bet the ND alum blue bloods would not got for it.

Purdue job would be a great fit for him. I think he'll make them relevant in the bIG

He's going to Baylor to run a Briles-style fast break offense.

There's only 2 openings that I know of, Purdue and Baylor and he's been mentioned for both.

Dude, don't even bother arguing with idiots. His name has only been leaked by him and his agent. No one has pursued him yet and yes it is very telling of his perception nationally which is laughable.

so say he was a finalist for the Purdue job; didn't get it.

imo, miles is just complying with his contract by actively searching for work. he's done.

Agree! I love that guy. Didn't like losing to him, but if we had to lose, then losing to a quality guy took a little of the sting out of it. Seriously, he made LSU my second favorite team in the SEC. College football needs Les and his quotes!

yea I tend to agree nobody wants him after his last 4 years of all the talent and no quaterback and just the blahs at performance...2011 half of the rant could have taken that team and won a NC
