Brent still has a bunch of media friends in Oklahoma. He has told several people that he promised his son who is on the Clemson team that he will stay there until he graduates.

Report: Bill Snyder “likely to step down” at Kansas State

Tim Fitzgerald of GoPowerCat.com reports on a VIP board post that Kansas State University Head Football Coach Bill Snyder will likely step down from his position by the end of the week.

A report from 247Sports also says K-State is targeting North Texas' Seth Littrell as its top option to replace Snyder.

Thursday night, University of North Texas Athletic Director Wren Baker addressed rumors concerning its football coach.

"Let's remember reporters are evaluated on click counts," Baker wrote. "I've read stories every day linking Coach to every open job. And every day he's been here working and recruiting for UNT. No need to fret over rumors."
