180 degrees away from the current paradigm of throwing your bank at the HC.
Low dollar for an HC that is a loyal hands off Admin, recruiter, disciplinarian and motivator.
Spend the rest of the bank on top notch innovative coordinators and let them do their jobs. Pay them enough to make jumping to an HC job at a low tier school painful. If they bolt, go get the next innovative guy.
Not saying this will work, but I don't think it's ever been done before.
It will be interesting to watch.
