“Interweb” says it’s Mel Tucker to LSU if Jimbo doesn’t come.

Also noted Woodward wants Jimbo bad but claims to know some LSU boosters who are still peeved at Jimbo from LSU’s last attempt to hire him. Explained that the Riley buzz was all about a private plane from BR that landed in Norman this week. Also noted that Woodward is down to 5 guys and will probably hire Mel Tucker.
IMO Aranda has moved up significantly and is among Woodward’s top two. I actually feel nearly certain of that!

If you were better at your fanfic research, you'd see the Riley buzz took off unrelated to the private plane, and that there was an interview with the pilot of that plane that said it had nothing to do with LSU's coaching search even before the various "insiders" said it was Riley.
I still don't believe it's Riley, but get your facts straight. It's Rule #1 of writing fanfic.

Tucker is getting an extension and raise at MSU. He isn’t one of our top guys because he would take the job in a heartbeat.

Tucker would be such a disastrous hire, a prescription for prolonged mediocrity. His "defense" (defining that term liberally) is going to get humiliated (again) by OSU next weekend.

Outside of timing issues, Woodward isn't hiring a coach based on the next two games. Bruh, at least make your attention whoring...intelligent.

Then my apologies kind Sir. I believe Aranda is high on the list and making a good case for it. If he is hired could have he and Jones as DC locking down that side of ball and Grimes and Davis locking down the OL. Could be very good.

And that’s how I know these people have no clue what they are talking about. 2015 was not on Jimbo and any “booster” is fully aware of that.
