Saban has hired at least two former P5 HEAD COACHES as analysts at Bama. This is who he has leading his analysts breaking down film on both recruits and opponents. We just hired a guy who is O’s buddy and gives us absolutely no recruiting advantage like Pruitt did at Bama.

i have no problem with hiring High school coaches as an analyst. main reason Bama does is to build recruitment pipeline and funnel recruits to them.
This particualr hire seems wierd since Mandeville High is not one of those school where we get good recruits from and he doesn't seem to be in the inner circle with NOLA kids.
Why waste it on him

Exactly!!! Ed is more worried about having people who he can control, not who will make LSU better.
For the life of me I cannot see why F.King Alexander, Joe Alleva and Ed Orgeron still have jobs. When will the BOS or someone who can wipe the slate clean get a clue that this isnt working.

Exactly, We should be handing these to the coaches in West Monroe and schools in NOLa like karr etc to build pipeline.

This right here. If we are hiring HS coaches for shadow staff, they need to be advantageous to us beyond their coaching ability. Instead, we give away an on-field position to a guy who wasn’t qualified and hasn’t delivered big in recruiting so far.
