You guys are going to shite your pants when it actually does wind up to be Fedora. That's how Alleva rolls baby, one monumental soul crushing failure after the next

It better not happen.

I don't want a coach with a beard.

I wouldn't. If we couldn't get Jimbo or Herman then Fedora would be my number 3. I wouldn't be ecstatic but I'd be content. I think he'd do well here. There's a fair chance that we will miss on Jimbo and Herman.

If nothing else, we would have a fun offense to watch.

From everything I've seen, yes. He definitely has interest in the LSU job. When Texas isn't sure they can get him then that tells you all you need to know.

Dude the guy had trouble with Navy and SMU. You sure he wants to have to deal with an SEC West schedule every year?

Nick Saban lost to ULMonroe at Alabama for f*cks sake. Give it a rest and go slob on Fedora's knob some more loser.

At Houston

He beats superior teams with less which is more remarkable

The man wins big time games which we need

We can get by on talent on such games but we need an x and o coach like him to get over the hump and win big time games.. which he has shown to do over and over.

It's like for every one of his great wins, he has a pretty bad loss.
Navy I can let slide, the triple option will give you fits if you don't see it often. But to lose the way they did to SMU, that was pretty embarrassing. Plus, how does that visit from Saban look right now? He talked to Nick about the ins and outs of his offense now he will possibly face him every yr?

For the record, Lane Kiffin is the one that went and visited Herman. But I see what you mean. When I heard that it kinda made question it. Like why would you do that? Herman could see Kiffin and Saban again in the CFP in the future if not for every year in the SEC West.

Seems like Saban can get anything he wants. I don't see any other coaches being able to do that.

His offense is averaging 500 yds a game with a WR at QB.

Herman seems like the kind of coach that maximizes his offensive talent and makes adjustments based on personnel. Whatever he told Saban he did at Ohio State left a lasting impression considering he made Kiffin adopt a similar offense with similar concepts. With that being said, he could use that knowledge against Sabans defense by adapting and leaving them guessing. Houstons problem this year hasn't been offense. He would absolutely have a defense that's great and offensive talent across the board. Tom Herman would nail it here for sure with Aranda on the other side.
