He won't come for a 3 year deal. 5 million yes, but a 3 year deal doesn't seem realistic.

Why not?
3 - years. Auto extension by two if he makes the SEC or Playoffs with extra incentive $$s. Be competitive, LSU should consistently be in the SEC title race.
