Probably a year with ESPN
I can't see any way he's given a a speaking role for ESPN or other stations outside of a few guest spots here and there. I love him. He's hilarious and a character, but he doesn't have that "thing" that makes former coaches or players good anchors. Same thing for Spurrier. They both seem like guys that are awesome to listen to but hate speaking.

I understand why it's time for tiger fans to move on and the animosity fans have for Les is fine but there are only a handful of guys with his resume. He can name his job if he still wants to coach

10 wins a year that Miles averaged will start to suddenly look awfully good.
The problem with your logic is they already look good. We are NO LONGER trading in a ten win a year coach for something else.

As I was driving through Chicago today the local sports talk radio station 670AM was talking about Les going to Illinois. But they also mentioned that there isn't much upside to Illinois but they would welcome him, but doubt he'd take it.

I asked my buddy from work, who is a huge Okie St. fan, if they wanted him back.
He said "hell no!"
Well...if "your buddy" said no, then it's official, HE'S DONE!
