I'm a 6 years retired Youth Football coach. I coached 2 years. 8-9 and 9-10 respectfully. We onside kicked it Everytime. So, I consider myself an aggressive coach. I inforced the "123 focus" rule. I am an attention to detail guy.

If we are hiring O then youre basically making sure that he HAS to have great coordinators. O has never ran a successful side of the ball. I just cant believe so many people want him as the coach. These are the same people that swore one of the most successful coaches in sec history was a shite coach. Its mind blowing.
