If Les doesn't leave where does he stand with the fans???

Will he become a lame duck coach for 1 or 2 more years until he really tanks a whole season instead of 1 or 2 games? Just an honest question.

Same place he has stood the last three years. Everyone at LSU could care less from what I have seen. LSU rallied behind him this year only because Saban is at BAMA.

He is not going to tank a whole season. Maybe we don't win a national championship, but we would at least win a few SEC Championships under him.
IMO, next year we lose 2-3 games no matter who is coaching.

I'm not ready to throw in the towell on next season like most just because we have a couple of tough road games. Auburn will have a new QB, SC doesn't scare me at all, Florida will be tough as usual, but they did lose 3 games this year, Arkansas loses McFadden--maybe Jones--and will have a new coach. We get Georgia at home. If the LSU offense is as good as it looks like it can be, I think we could go 11-1/10-2 if things bounce our way. But 9-3/8-4 wouldn't be a shock either. So many SEC games can go either way. A lot will depend on the coaching staff.
