If Kiffin comes, but wants to coach in playoffs and OM says no, do they have to buyout?

So if Kiffin says “I’m coaching the playoffs” then leaving for LSU, and Ole Miss says hit the road, does Ole Miss have pay his buyout? Wouldn’t they basically have to fire him? Serious question

No, one he agrees to something with another program he's in breach of contract
