If it is Ensminger he better write the contract of all contracts....

Because if he is hired, he is simply being put in place to make sure both he and O do not have jobs next year. That is, unless the new guy coming in wants to keep somebody else's OC on staff. This is a set up for O, and I hope Ensminger has a good rep to get him a great buy out clause....he is a great guy and deserves better than to just be a patsy.

He's gotta be pretty close in terms of the state employee retirement plan, right? I'm sure he would take a job as WR's coach at Nicholls or something if (when) he bombed out at LSU.

If he gets a big enough contract I guess that would work and he could walk away set for life. Might be his motivation......It worked for O Canada....

Steve has coached a long time and I am sure he does not need the money and was probably just trying to coast into Retirement. It is a shame he got dragged into all this and all the things that were said about him. Honestly if it were me I would resign and take it easy or if he wants to coach go to a High School and help out. Steve is LSU through and through he should have been treated like he was LSU through and through.
