I was hoping there would be an announcement that he was fired today along with the announcement that he interviewed for the Nebraska job on Sunday...

Just maybe Pellini should have been more of a team player and concreted on Arkansas and LSU's National Championship aspirations instead of own aspirations!
He did not have the D prepared to play Arkansas and this lack of preparation cost us the game and a National Championship.

This is bull shite to be interviewing week of SEC CG. If I am Miles (and assuming he is staying) then I dont let this happen. These coaches are ruining a still potential special season. They have already fumbled the NC and now we are facing the same with the SEC CG. This is bull shite!

Pellini isn't employed by Miles, so he couldn't stop the interveiw.
Also, no assistant coach has to get permission from the AD to interview.
Pelini is looking out for his future AWAY from LSU...that is not a bad thing!
