2 he knows there are limits at ND ans he’s hit the ceiling of what can be accomplished there and wants to go to a place where he has the athletes to win titles not jus make the playoffs.

He gets blown out in big games. 6-5 in bowl games. Underwhelming hire for too much money. Thanks Woodward.

Good hire. $ switches everything or something like that... 15 mil a year is what I saw per reports. 54-9 in his last 5 seasons is pretty solid.

I cant believe they were only paying him 2.7 mill a year
