Who would be the realistic names out their to take his place? Do you think Pelini's brother would want to leave be "the" defensive guy. At Nebraska it seems like it would be Bo who will get the recognition.

If the Vols go after Cutcliff I could see Chavis accepting a job. But, if it is a defensive guy like Muschamp or a Kirby Smart then not so much.

2 Things:
1) If Cutcliff is hired, I doubt that he goes back. Cutcliff is not a great recruiter, and Chavis is not a big recruiter either. I don't think a school like UT can afford that now.
2) Lots of UT fans are going to be anti-Chavis. It boggles my mind why they thought Kiffin was a better DC seeing as he had more experienced players this season, yet his defense wasn't even close to Chavis' from the prior season as far as quality goes.
In the end, I doubt it happens, but this has been a crazy season as far as coaches on the move goes.
