I hate Crowton as much as the next guy but it's a hard sell when the guy helped get us an NC and is 11-2 this year with a 'less than optimal' QB...

i'm usually 100% against administration sticking its nose in assistant coach matter
BUT, i'd make an exception for crowton. there is not a single legit reason why he should be retained.
i'd also make this exception for frank wilson. recruiting is the lifeblood of a program and no one recruits louisiana better...he should be at LSU as long as he wants, no matter who the coach is

No, was happy with both at the cotton bowl.
