He offered 12-13 mill/year making him the highest paid coach in CFB, gave him an unlimited budget for assistant coaches, and LSU provides great recruiting advantages that LR has seen first hand (Peach Bowl comes to mind).
If you want to turn THAT package down for OU, let him walk. Half the fan base wanted Riley gone after tonight’s performance. It just seems very odd that he’s willing to go down the with ship as Oklahoma will become the next Nebraska when they come to the SEC.

Exactly. I’d be embarrassed to act the way a lot of these chicken littles are lately. Pissing and moaning before a hire is even announced. It’s one thing to not like a hire but to throw a fit and start talking shite about a great AD like Woodward when they don’t have a clue what he’s got up his sleeve is ridiculous. Some people need to get off of the forums and live in the real world a bit.
