On a serious note, Oregon has a chance to get completely screwed over here. Getting a coach taken away this late in the process plus the early signing day that happens this year. Your choices would seem to be very limited.

Yep....it could possibly get very ugly. Although until it does we will see. Rob Mullens hasn't had a bad hire yet.

Sumlin is a great recruiter and might win big in the PAC 12. Other than that, internal promotion is the way to go this late. Leavitt? Your top 5 recruiting class is fricked, keeping Leavitt and as much of that staff as possible might salvage it.

Ok, true but I think they thought the transition would be much better. I'm honestly surprised it fell apart so badly and so fast.
He never would have been hired if he was an OC somewhere else coming into an open position.
