Look...I'm not quitting on Ole Miss. I will support the kids by watching them on TV. My money could be used on some important things around the house instead of driving 9hrs to see the same old stuff. I'm still wearing the Red/Blue. Hell I had my Ole Miss colors on during my job interview today.
It could also be that I'm just bitter right now and it could change once i sleep it off. Everyone has those bitter moments.

I look at it as you are just basing your thoughts right now on pure emotion. We didn't hire who you thought we should have I assume? If you are really a "fan", you will come around and realize that there is nothing that you can do but show your support. I understand that you are upset, I also figured we would get a higher profile name/proven guy, but we didn't so now I will just support who we did. It's all I can do as a fan. You never know what this guy can do. Although he is unproven as a winner at this level, he is also unproven as a loser. All the good ones started somewhere and somepoint as an unknown, and being a smaller school we have to take some chances sometimes.

I figured as much. I look for Freeze to hire a lot of "recruiters" though. I think he understands that without legit talent you can only do so much. In other words, x's and o's can only take you so far in this league. Hopefully he does a good job of putting together a staff. I don't think he will be able to get a lot of wins right off the bat, but hopefully we can prove to be more competitive and things will start looking better for us. Have to start somewhere and his staff is where it starts IMHO...

Not flaming here, but is this the same recruiting machine that payed street agents tens of thousands of dollars for "video" of the Sistrunk kid that the handler was steering to Oregon. My concern with Freeze is hearing that he is a less than moral recruiter. But anyway, the important question is "What does his wife look like?"

I think it's funny that alot of State fans think this means they automatically win the egg bowl for the next 4 years.

I haven't heard any of them say things like this. Most realistic ones know the cycle that MS football goes in. Both schools have up and down periods.

Seen plenty of posts on Sixpack about how they're glad we hired him and it should be 3 or 4 more easy wins in the egg bowl.
