Merely making a change is insufficient. Miles has to make the RIGHT change. He has to hire someone who is talented and qualified. The waiting is somewhaty worrisome because certain qualified candidates who were reportedly interested in the job (e.g. Koenning) have already been hired elsewhere.

Read his post history. If you followed the Miles to Michigan saga on the Coaching Changes board last year, you would have known that Herbie's report was BS days before it was made due to belowpar. He also called the co-defensive coordinators before pretty much everyone else. You can choose to doubt him, I suppose, but you will be wrong.
