How much autonomy does coach O have?

Curious how much say does Coach O have in picking his coordinators? Is it common to have the administration so involved in this process? It seems a lot of names floating around that don't meet a pro style vision O has mentioned he prefers.

I think most here agree that Alleva's future is tied to Orgeron's success, so he's not going to let O just bring in his drinking buddies. After the PR snafu that will be Canada, Alleva is going to be extra cautious. Hence there's no way I see Ensminger getting the job.

None. He is a political pawn piece/yes man. That's why he got the job. Those in charge want more influence over the football program after stubborn Miles left. I am sorry, but I didnt trade a grass eating coach who could beat Troy for a shrimp captain yes man.

Considering the football program is the predominate face of the school, I’d say he doesn’t have complete autonomy. The programs activity casts a direct light on administration
