so youre saying rod would leave WV for LSU because we have a bigger stadium and bigger fanbase?

despite all the winning he has done and will continue to do at WV?

No i don't think that's it but if he was that close to going to Alabama then who's to say he wouldn't consider LSU? I honestly think LSU is a better job right now.

At the very least he should be our first phone call.

im pretty sure he realizes he can do whatever he wants at WV and win a bunch of games

it would be stupid for him to leave WV

That's your opinion.

All I'm saying is that if the powers that be are doing their job they should pick up the phone as soon as Miles leaves and at least inquire. He has spent some time in Louisiana and for all we know he considers LSU the best job in the country.

Prior to this year RR would have left for the LSU job. But the same people who are friends w/ RR who told me this are now saying that he won't leave.

Why should he, all he's got to do to win the MNC is stroll to victories over perrenial lightweights, Pitt and Ohio State.

Reasons Coaches leave or stay:

1) Have a chance to win a NC.
2) Alma mater
3) Go Home
4) Money

RR has all 4 where he is at. End of story.
