How long will we give the new coach a pass

Considering the extreme amount of players we will losing after the season does the new coach have a pass on the next season or two? The problem is we have been asked for years now to allow for another season.
The only one i think doesn't get a pass is O. That is because he's not looked at as an outsider. I'm not saying this is correct or not but i can guarantee if he loses 2 games all hell will brake lose. And i think much more so than JF or TH.

Exactly! I think he has two years to show major improvement. He has a pass on recruitng the first year. Then one year to develop. Third year it should be on.

You're right but even he has at least till his third year.
