How can Sexton represent so many coaches??

It seems as if Sexton is the agent for a whole bunch of coaches.
S0 - if a school in interested in talking to two of his clients, how does he keep the information confidential - so that neither is aware of the terms of the negotiations regarding the other?
Seems like potential for a lot of conflict of interest to me.

Jimmy Sexton has other people that work for him? Kind of like head coaches do. And Presidents. And CEOs. And school lunch ladies. And the head of your local garbage service.
Is it really that hard to figure out?
All he does is throw all of his clients' names into job vacancies to see if the current schools are stupid enough to fall for it and give them more money.
