Phillip Fulmer was 15-15 in his last thirty sec games. you mean to tell me if les goes 15-15 in the sec the next four years he won't be let go. Who cares if he won a nc TEN years ago. Just because you were doesn't mean your worth a crap now.

Okay, so fire Fulmer; but who do you get then? What if the next coach goes 14-16? It's clear that they don't have a plan. It's a tough conference and if the pay is equal, I'm not sure you could get a top notch coach to chose Tennessee over the other programs. What advantages do the vols have?
- delusional, venomous fan base?
- in-state recruiting base that only yields 5 4 star or higher recruits per year (average over the last 4 years)?
- 110,000 seat stadium that is half empty?
- get to play florida, georgia, and alabama every year?
