If hes not deserving of the opportunity here at LSU then let him go join Sark at Texas. He may get the chance there with them to become a DC in the future.

Just make sure Ryan Clark gives his recommendation to hire Raymond that way if it doesn't work out we can run him out of town too!

If they want to give him a co-DC title and a raise, fine by me. But if Raymond wants to be a full DC, he needs to put his name out there and go get a good G5 position to prove himself. There is too much on the line here for that.
