Ben Johnson
All are successful active NFL head coaches who had never been HCs before. They were able to "learn" in the NFL which I would say is tougher than the SEC. Quick look at CFB shows Kirby Smart, Dan Lanning, and Ryan Day also had no prior HC experience. Brian Kelly has HC experience though
