Using the family analogy, I can think of many instances when families don't come together when the father is acting in his own self-interest to the detriment of his family. The key here is O is obviously not doing "what is best for the program."
In my opinion, a family finds it hard to trust their father and come together behind him when he so obviously lies to them.
It might be time for the family to have an intervention.

It’s now January 8th and the reasoning is soundly on Freeze as only he and no other asst coach under Saban has ever beaten Bama.....
Any other OC candidate can only promise to beat Saban and the Freeze has already two years in a row without the quality recruits LSU usually brings in each year
