Something to the affect of:

quote:

I wont say that hes gonna be the next coach at UM until it happens...(he chuckles). I will say its a perfect fit.....

Then he will go on to praise Les. Even though the SOB didnt have anything good to say about him while he was at LSU.

Dbag.......Well soon see if this prophecy comes true

Isnt Herb a Buckeye?

If so, I'm sure he would love to see Michigan hire Miles.

Herbie said Miles is the best fit other than Harbaugh Tuesday during the Sugar Bowl

Herbstreit lost a lot of credibility on that deal, he's tended to let other ESPN personalities handle the coaching searches since then

There is almost no way he doesnt comment on it.........especially if Miles takes the job.

That's one thing that pisses me off - All of these guys are saying what a great coach Les Miles is and how he's a perfect fit for this (UM) GREAT program...but they have all given Les TONS of crap while at LSU - while LSU has been a much better program than UM the past ten years.

Isn't Miles 1-1 against tOSU? Better than anyone else who has coached Michigan over the last seven years.

Do many besides some LSU and Michigan fans really even remember his "Miles to Michigan" claim a few years ago?

Miles will roll the Big10. He'll average 10 wins a season after his 3rd year of rebuilding a program. Don't be shocked when he wins another NC.
