It's not hard people. Kiffin has been trying to prove he's not incompetent as a coach and he's gonna have to prove he can be a good coach without Saban to keep him in line. He will likely leave Alabama and come to LSU to prove that.

Aranda and Kiffin both want to be a HC. If Aranda keeps up what he has done this season, he will be a HC in 5 years or less. Kiffin, meanwhile, is in a situation where he joins a program that was already winning titles and that, mixed with his history, makes it difficult for him to get that gig. If he brings LSU's offense to prominence, then he too will get a HC job by five or so years.
