Sorry if Germans, but has anyone heard anything about LSU possibly getting Seth Littrell?

I think he's a Co-OC of Arizona. I don't believe all rumors I hear but my buddy seemed pretty convinced. He told me Seth's kids go to high school in N.O. and that he was moving back to LA for a coaching job.

yeah, he very well could be. I was talking to the guy about Mett and he told me he heard we were getting Littrell. I asked him why he thought so and he told me that. I don't know how likely this is, just kind of wondering if anyone else heard anything.

Is he even in charge of running the offense or calling the plays? I know he holds the title of co-OC, but sometimes a coach's title can be misleading. And he's not a QB coach. That would mean LSU would have to hire a seperate coach to work with the QBs.

I don't know about that. He's an Okie who played running back for the Sooners. He coached RBs at Texas Tech, for Leach, from '05 to '08. He apparently recruits Texas and Oklahoma for Arizona. He also is listed as coaching RBs and TEs, so he is probably not a play caller.

If Ensminger left, I truly would not mind at all
If LSU went after Scelfo to be the QB coach. If of course We keep the Wizard for next year. I thought the Arizona QB improved dramatically from last year.

Yeah, well I am not putting a whole lot of stock in this, but the guy seemed certain. We were chatting about Mett and the conversation turned toward Crowton. I said that I doubted that Miles would replace him (also stating that I was worried Miles would start JJ over Mett) and he seemed to say that the Littrell issue was a done deal. He said that Littrell had sons at Jesuit in N.O. and that Seth was moving back to LA for a coaching job. It may be complete bullshite, but he seemed convinced. I was just throwing it up on the coaching board to see if anyone else heard anything about it. Casually researching the guy, we could do worse. He seems like a reasonable choice for a replacement if it's in the works.

He's like 33 years old and his bio says says he has an infant son and is from Oklahoma. Perhaps I'm missing something but it would seem odd he has multiple sons in high school in new Orleans? Did he live in new Orleans at some point?

Scelfo had a son at Jesuit.

Could be getting the two confused.

Must be. I had never heard the name, and I was drinking. I probably did get them confused.
