If this is true, Les needs to drop the hammer now. Schiano could handle DC chores and coach LB's.

schiano has never coached LBs. His first position coach job was DBs... and then he jumped straight to DC at Miami

But that isn't what happened. Rutgers officials may have broken the law at his insistence because he didn't want recruits/other coaches to know he had an out.

Grantham is a 3-4 guy and he was unceremoniously moved from Georgia. Richt "found" him a job elsewhere.
